Coolhaus, an ice cream parlor and ice cream shop chain in the U.K., is taking its ice cream to the next level with a brand new concept.
The brand’s brand manager for U.S. operations, James Wicks, told The Verge that the company has been developing a new line of ice cream for customers in a new location in Seattle called the Coolhaus Ice Cream Parlor.
Wicks said the brand will introduce an ice-cream-related concept this spring that will also incorporate ice cream made by Coolhaus.
“The idea behind this is that Coolhaus is taking the ice cream we make and bringing it into a new, modern and beautiful location,” Wicks told The Seattle Times.
“It’s going to be the perfect place to experience a Coolhaus ice-dessert experience, and bring the cool, deliciousness of Coolhaus into the lives of Seattleites.”
The Seattle Times article also mentioned that Coolhaus plans to use the new location to launch new flavors for customers and expand the company’s business beyond ice cream.
Wickers said the company would also launch a coffee shop in the new space, as well as a cafe and bakery.
The Coolhaus Coffee and Bakery will be located at the former Coolhaus location.
