A bunch of ice cream lovers have voted which ice cream is the best of all, according the Food and Drug Administration.
In its annual “Ice Cream World Survey,” FDA surveyed more than 3,200 ice cream consumers about their favorite ice cream flavor.
It found that cream of the week is the one with the most popular flavor.
“We were able to find some very good cream of flavors, such as the cream of lime and mint, and cream of strawberry and cream cheese,” said Dr. William DeMott, a medical officer at the FDA.
The top four ice cream brands in the survey were:Taco Bell: “Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough,” cream of chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip, chocolate, cream of coconut, and chocolate chip.
Nestlé: “Pumpkin Pie,” cream cheese, pumpkin pie, chocolate cookie dough, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie.
“That’s an extremely popular flavor,” DeMowts said.
“We’ve been seeing it for quite a while.”
Dr. James D’Amico, a pediatrician at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, agrees that ice cream that is popular is a good choice for children.
“It has a very pleasant texture, a pleasant flavor profile, and that’s what kids crave,” he said.
“There are some kids who have never tasted ice cream before that can be very impressed with that, especially if you’ve got that delicious flavor profile,” said DeMawts.
“This is an ice cream for kids who can tolerate it and are willing to try it,” said D’Anico.
It may not be the perfect ice cream to eat every day, but ice cream tastes delicious, and you’re unlikely to go hungry on a hot day.
“You can get up to six servings of this ice cream per day,” Demowts added.
